Return Policy

Each Dakry parcel is composed by hand. If something arrives less than perfect, we make it right.

Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligible items

Items must be returned unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. For reasons of food safety, the following cannot be returned once unsealed: extra virgin olive oil, honey, balsamic pearls, candles that have been lit, and any item marked “final sale” at checkout.

How to request a return

  1. Write to eshop@dakryolive.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will reply within one business day with a return authorisation and the address to send the parcel to.
  3. Ship the parcel back. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods and confirm their condition, we will refund the purchase price to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, photograph the parcel and the items as received and write to us within 48 hours. We will replace or refund at no cost to you.
