Most orders ship within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Custom and personalised orders may take longer; we will tell you the expected dispatch date by email.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is collected by the carrier.
Duties & taxes
Orders shipped within the United States are inclusive of US sales tax. Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to local duties and import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility and are payable to the carrier on delivery.
Holiday periods
During the holiday seasons (mid-December and Greek Orthodox Easter) please allow an additional 2–4 business days. We will publish updated cut-off dates on this page each season.
Failed deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because no one was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at the customer’s cost.
